Global Communities Rwanda is joining the World Aids Day 2017 celebrated under the national theme “Get Tested for HIV. If positive, start and stay on life-saving treatment”. The theme is a call of action for everyone to play their role in reducing new HIV infections.

USAID Twiyubake is mobilizing through its clinical-community linkages and referrals program beneficiaries to access HIV testing and counseling services to respond to PEPFAR phase 3 and the joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS’ (UNAIDS) ambitious 90-90-90 global goals: 90 percent of people with HIV diagnosed, 90 percent of them on ART and 90 percent of them virally suppressed by 2020.
